If I wanted to list down the top ten reasons why UP Manila is awesome, I would have trouble picking out only ten reasons, and even more trouble ordering them. There would be the med caf with its coffee machine and its Toblerone, and there would be the mall that is within walking distance if only because it's closer to the CAS than the med caf is, and there would be the all shades of brilliant professors, and there would be the very lazy cats, and the two Oblations, and the obstruction of justice for the simple reason that it reads like something straight out of Discworld. But the top of the list will always be the top of the list, and no, it isn't even the fact that despite being the best university the country has to offer UP refuses to take itself seriously (and that being said, maybe it is the best solely for this reason). It's the students. The damn students.

Quite obviously, this is me being too lazy to make a real post, and by "real" I mean "less vague and more structured".

And then this is me loving the fact that we can go to KFC or Robinson's during breaks without having to obtain written consent from our parents.

I don't suppose it counts as a social experiment if you're only experimenting on yourself.

(On a side note: why does my Firefox continually insist that it is January 28?)

You learn something new each day, I guess. Today I learned that, when given a choice between writing yet another incoherent post and studying for the math dep ex, no matter how little I feel like writing, it's blog post all the way. Then again when your choice is between that and relearning real numbers, factoring, and algebraic fractions, it isn't much of a choice.
