Didn't win- if we had, do you think I'd have space left in my brain to comment about stripping surgeons (Answer: yes)- but we were good, our piece was good and we were good and there was that moment at the start of the last chorus when Jasper just smiled and everything felt worth it and I was reminded once again why music is the metaphor for things that make you want to run out into the night and dance, for things that soar.
