So yes, to use a very old pun, we watched Watchmen. I feel like just talking about everything, classic-teenage-blog-style, but what the hell. I think the SciScho articles are getting to me.
Last night I had a nightmare. I dreamt I went to school for clearance and forgot my books at home. My nightmares are always sane, for some reason.
We cleared our books. Iniwan ko books ko sa taas, kasi ang init doon. Bottled water coffee works wonders on the nervous system. Tapos nakakainis si Maam Cion. I sat in on what was in theory the Pinoy removals only to hear my name mentioned in conjunction with the words hindi, nagsubmit, ng, book, reports, ni, and isa. Dapat manonood kami nina DJ at Dondon ng math removals, if only for the cheerleaders. (Later on we were to watch something, if not more entertaining, at least less violent.) Alvin crammed our project. Karen watched over my books. I remembered that I would never be out of work to do. Dapat kasama ko si Kate umalis ng Pisay kasi pareho pa kaming pumunta sa yearbook comm meeting, kaso iniwan niya ako. I rode a pedicab to Trinoma all by myself. No, that is wrong, the driver was with me. He stopped the pedicab in front of the parking lot. I had to cross the street to get to Trinoma. I didnt know how to cross streets.
That being said, I didnt know how to get to Yellow Cab either. At least when I got there there was still pizza left. Tapos ang tagal namin sa candy stand wala naman kaming binili. Wala kasi silang gummy bears. Lahat ng tao nasa Trinoma, pati sina Maan Dawn at Sir Crisologo.
Watchmen was awesome. Even with Emman and Cum covering my face half the time. XD I had fun picking out comics lines, making corny Pisay jokes, and scaring Emman by demonstrating what Rorscharch did with a cleaver and a kidnappers head.
