Okay, so we just beat Stoke City, and I have a feeling that if we do win something this season, it probably won't be the league but a sort of Cup. Both Cups would be nice. But I'm still not losing hope for the league. Also, Luis Suarez kissed the badge and I'm afraid he might have just crossed the point of no return.

And on the proto-noir comment a few weeks ago. I'm trying to write an EWE Harry Potter fan fiction in a Guy Ritchie-inspired London and two paragraphs in I'm already thinking that noir is indeed my style, if not the only way I could write stories. Is that a bad thing?

NO IT IS NOT A BAD THING. I'd say that noir is never a bad thing, though that might jinx everything and tomorrow morning we'd be waking up to news of Stepehnie Meyer saying in an interview that she'd like to write noir. But the short answer is: definitely not. (Also I think I've been out of the loop too long: what's EWE? I assume you're not talking about female sheep.)

You can have the FA Cup if we get the Champions League.
